SURF & FLOW
Whether you’re taking lessons with our instructor and stepping onto a surfboard for the very first time or have spent years chasing waves, our group surf sessions invite you to dance with the ocean and tune into its rhythm. Together, we’ll play with the tide and ride the flow of nature’s energy that teach us the magic of surrender & flow.
CREATIVITY & YOGA
Yoga means connecting to oneself (mind, body, spirit) & the world around us. We will not only practice asanas (poses) but also rewire our nervous system through meditation, breathwork, somatic movement healing, art therapy and more practices to guide you to reconnect with your feminine essence and your true self, unlocking creativity and freedom codes.
SISTERHOOD
When women gather together, it amplifies the intention and prayers in ways that go beyond the realm of understanding. I have deeply experienced it at each of the events/retreats I have hosted: it's pure magic. We thrive in community. Lifelong friends that deeply resonate and hold a safe space for you to feel seen, heard and understood are awaiting.

Location
Join us for a week in Costa Rica at our Luxury Villa with salt water pool, where golden beaches meet turquoise waves and time seems to slow down. Surrounded by tropical jungle and the soothing sound of the ocean, it’s the perfect sanctuary for surf, rest, and soul renewal.
The local beach, one of the most loved surf destinations of all Costa Rica, is situated 40 min south of Tamarindo and offers several types of waves for any skill level.

A Shuttle from Liberia Airport to Tamarindo (closest town) runs daily for 50$, we can assist sending you the link to book. We also offer a pickup for 100$pp upon request.

Join a radical community of empowered surfer ladies that aim to keep our beaches clean and support women, sharing the best waves!
We gather for beach clean-ups, surf, sailing, collect items for women in need, Yoga sessions, Pilates, Meditation, Sound Healing, Art workshops & more.
We offer an annual retreat in Costa Rica, various local weekend retreats and camping trips + Yoga/Meditation, 11-1 Surf Lessons & Longboard Workshops, Local beach Clean-ups, Paddle outs and Sunset Sailing Adventures.

FAQs
What if I never tried surfing before? Our certified local surf instructors with 15+ years of experience will provide you with all the knowledge & water safety instructions you need to start your surfing journey.
Is the surfboard provided / can i bring my own? Soft top boards are provided and included in the lesson. You are welcome to bring your own board, but must be below 7.5ft in lenght. However, if you are looking for a hard top board we recommend to rent one in Costa Rica from our quiver at 20$/day only: it's cheaper, easier for transportation and it will allow you to try something new.
How do I get to the Villa? Airport is Liberia, Costa Rica. We provide a pickup & drop off once daily. We will add you to a group chat a month before the retreat start and provide you with info depending on your flight arrival time. If, for any reason, your flight is delayed and you are unable to arrive on time for the retreat start, there are shuttles for 50$ that can easily be booked online, twice daily. We will assist you.
