RISE integrates evidence-informed somatic work, trauma-aware nervous system regulation, coaching psychology, neuroscience-based subconscious rewiring, and Eastern energetc medicine principles into one unified framework.

My Lived Experience
Behind The R.I.S.E Method™

​

Although I hold several International certifications such as but not limited to: Yoga, Nutritionist, Sound healing, Reiki, Life coaching, Art therapy, the R.I.S.E Method™ was not born in a classroom:  it was born through lived experience. It began with a moment that changed everything.

The story

Valeria's transformation began with a severe car accident.

After being ejected from her vehicle and a near-death experience, she became acutely aware that consciousness extends beyond physical form and of the illusion of fear. 
 

Raised in Italy, her nervous system had adapted early to chronic stress, later expressed through eating disorders, chronic illness, relational instability, and a persistent state of hypervigilance.

For years, her body was organized around endurance rather than safety.

The accident marked a turning point, the moment survival stopped being sustainable.
 

That commitment to coherence became the foundation of her life’s work.

The Journey of Rebuilding

In the years that followed, she stepped away from her previous life and entered a period of deep exploration and study.

She spent extended time abroad immersed in contemplative practices, traditional healing modalities, sound and movement work, and ceremonial contexts. While these experiences expanded her awareness, they did not resolve the patterns held in her nervous system.

​

What created lasting change was not accumulation, but integration.

She shifted her focus inward and committed to nervous system regulation, subconscious recalibration, trauma resolution, and rebuilding trust in her body.

​

For over 2 years she lived in solitude immersed in nature, dedicating herself to daily discipline, regulation practices and embodied healing.

During this phase, intuition stabilized, not as abstraction, but as a precise capacity to track internal states and respond with coherence.

From this lived integration, the foundational principles of what would become the R.I.S.E. Method™ emerged.

The Result

Through consistent application of these practices, she experienced measurable shifts, including:

  • Resolution of eating disorder patterns

  • Significant reduction in chronic physical symptoms

  • Release of trauma and C-PTSD-related responses

  • Restoration of nervous-system stability

  • Rebuilding of body trust and self-respect

  • Emotional regulation and internal clarity

Most importantly, she learned how to work with the body rather than against it.
 

She rebuilt her life gradually and sustainably, creating aligned work, guiding others through coaching and structured programs, and facilitating group and individual experiences rooted in embodiment and nervous system safety.

Creativity and self-expression became natural extensions.

The work itself has always centered on restoring internal safety, strengthening self-leadership and embodying unconditional love as a lived frequency.
